Install the Bectify app
The Bectify app puts every call and message from your AI front desk in your pocket.
- Open the App Store on iPhone, or Google Play on Android, and search for "Bectify".
- Tap Install and open the app.
- Sign in with the email your business used to sign up or was invited with. Enter your password and tap Sign in, or tap Email me a sign-in link and open the link from your inbox on the same phone.
- If you belong to more than one business, pick one on Choose an account. You can switch any time later.
Still stuck?
Contact support and include your Diagnostics ID. In the app: More, tap the Diagnostics ID at the bottom to copy it. It lets support see your app version, platform and notification status without asking for anything private.
